Which carrier is delivering my order?
We use YUNEXPRESS, DHL, USPS, 4PX, YANWEN to ship all orders.
When you track your order(s), you can see which carrier is delivering your shipment. Please note, if you order multiple items, you may have multiple deliveries and multiple carriers.

When will I receive my order?
We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

My tracking status does not update?
Tracking information may require 2-3 business days to update depends on courier services.

Blessboutik always ensures the shipping process goes as smoothly as possible. With this Shipping Protection, you will no longer have to worry about any shipping-related problems with your order.

Our Shipping Protection Plan covers:
Lost in Transit
Damaged in Transit
Items shipped to the wrong address
Term & Conditions:
Shipping protection starts from the date of shipping out the item. This plan is valid throughout the shipping process
The replacement is free (includes shipping fee)
Shipping protection includes one replacement per item. It means that when there are multiple items in your order, you will receive replacements for all.
If your item has any problems with the shipping process, please contact our Customer Support Team, and send us the proof. We will gladly replace the item free of charge.

ORDER

Why I didn't get a confirmation email after purchase?
If you didn't receive a confirmation email, please check your spam box.
To ensure that our emails do not go to your spam/junk folder, add support@blessboutik.com to your email address list.

If I orders multiple items will they all come in the same shipment?
Since we have several different warehouses worldwide, not all items are stored in one place. When you order multiple items at a time, sometimes your items will be shipped out separately.

My order is being sent as a gifts, can you remove the price from the invoice?
We appreciate that most of our items are gifts which are often sent direct to the recipient.
The package itself will only include a Packing Slip which doesn’t show any price information, but confirms all other details of your order.
An invoice/confirmation email which does include billing information will be sent direct to your email address when you complete checkout. This is to be kept for your own records.
